By creating an account or using Rustling Paper (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App Is

Rustling Paper is an educational platform for learning about investing using simulated (paper) trading. All trades on this platform are simulated and involve no real money. No real securities are bought or sold. The App is for educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in the App — including AI Roundtable analysis, lesson content, market data, or any other feature — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making real investment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rustling.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the App to distribute spam or malicious content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and educational material in the App is owned by Rustling and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will be accurate or up to date. Simulated results do not reflect real market outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rustling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any real-world financial decisions made based on simulated results or educational content.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account Settings → Security → Delete account. If you need help, you can also contact support@rustling.app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
