What we collect

• Account information — your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth)
• Profile information — your learning goal and market interest, provided during onboarding
• Activity data — simulated trades, journal entries, lesson progress, and automated trade rules you create within the app
• Usage data — pages visited and actions taken, used to improve the product

We do not collect real financial information. All trades are simulated and involve no real money.

How we use your information

• To operate and improve the app
• To send you notifications and the daily email digest (if opted in)
• To personalise your learning experience
• To troubleshoot issues and monitor for abuse

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

How we share your information

We share data only with the services needed to run the app:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Finnhub — market data (we send stock symbols only, no personal data)
• Financial Modeling Prep (FMP) — market data (we send stock symbols only, no personal data)
• Twelve Data — market data (we send stock symbols only, no personal data)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Sentry — error monitoring and troubleshooting (default personal information capture is disabled)
• OpenAI — AI Roundtable analysis (we send instrument symbols, trade details, and journal reasoning; no account information is sent)

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Data retention

We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and data directly from your Security & Privacy settings; deletion takes effect immediately.

Your rights

You may:

• Download a copy of your data directly from your Security & Privacy settings
• Delete your account and data directly from your Security & Privacy settings
• Opt out of email notifications at any time via your Notifications settings

Children

This app is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date above.

Cookies

This app uses only strictly necessary cookies to manage your login session (via Supabase Auth). These cookies are required for the app to function and do not require consent under GDPR. We do not use advertising, analytics, or any other non-essential cookies.
